Book your coaching session.

If we are a good fit to work together, we will provide you with a link to book your coaching session. While booking, you will complete a short intake form, where you will upload relevant documents you would like us to review. Additional prices may apply for document review. Please see the pricing section below for more details on document support.

Attend your session.

Please attend your session on time and be prepared to provide any relevant details or information to help you succeed. Please note that all our sessions occur on Zoom.

If needed, we’ll collaborate on talking points or customized communication templates to help you present your message clearly and professionally.

Our coaching sessions occur one-on-one via Zoom (download for free) with you and your career coach.

  • Includes Zoom session and up to one page of document review.

  • Includes two Zoom sessions and up to two pages of document review.

Document Support

As part of our services, we offer optional document review and writing support. See below for pricing and inclusions.

  • If you need guidance on a document such as a performance review or email, we offer a complimentary review of up to one page (no less than 10-point font) as part of your coaching package.

    For documents exceeding one page (no less than 10-point fonts), there is a charge of $30 per additional page.

    Before your coaching session, we will provide you with an intake form where you can upload your documents. Please make sure to upload them before your session to make the most of your time with your coach.

  • In addition to document review, we offer writing services for customized talking points and communication templates. The fee is $50 for up to one page and includes up to two revisions.

  • Every situation is unique. But generally, most workplace issues are rarely resolved in a single conversation. Follow-up discussions are often needed to address new insights, gain stakeholder alignment, or navigate evolving circumstances. As a result, most people see the most benefit from at least two coaching sessions.

  • No, coaching sessions are not refundable.

  • If you need help with talking points or communicating your message in writing, we offer written services as part of our coaching. This service is not standalone; we'll use the information shared during our session to create a tailored document, delivered within 48 hours. You're entitled to two revisions, which you'll work on directly with your coach.
